Unwanted Emails It's an unfortunate fact of life that spammers are everywhere. They hawk their pills and snake oil to anyone and everyone they can reach, simply because it works for them. Unfortunately, there are casualties along the way, and Lanctot.net is one of them. We've recently become aware that a spammer or spammers is Spoofing our site to hide their real identity. Spoofing is the act of forging an email address so that the true sender is obscured. And they're using us as a cover. So, what can we do to combat it? Not much, I'm sorry to say. The very nature of how the internet's email system works makes it vulnerable to exploitation. The only thing we as users can do is combat it is by tracking these guys down. Please rest assured, we WILL NEVER send you an email from this domain unless you have contacted us first, and even then it will only come from the one real address here, ryan (at) lanctot.net.
