 Pat
Montani is one of the founders of BCS Global, an IP video conferencing and bridging
company. He has spent a lifetime building companies in the telecom, bandwidth space.
Change creates opportunity and as we move towards an IP world, Pat is keen to help
bandwidth providers deliver new services to a demanding marketplace.
Pat, a Canadian, has an enviable track record of founding, financing and evolving
successful companies in the telecommunications, software and digital media markets
over a period of 25 years.
Pat has gained tremendous insight & experience in exploiting emerging marketplaces
- through his vision and understanding of how and when to exploit new technologies
- and bringing together the right teams and capital to get the job done.
Pat is a successful, serial entrepreneur and completed the listing of his first company
on the Toronto Stock Exchange in 1990. Following his first IPO, Pat has completed
additional listings on the TSE, NASDAQ and the Alberta and Vancouver Stock Exchanges(CDNX).

Co-Founder Roles
TSB International, Inc. A telecommunication software and service company that
provides network management solutions for global telcos and emerging carriers. Pat
opened and established all of the major global channels with Carriers worldwide.
TSB went public on the Toronto Stock Exchange, merged with Telco Research and today
is owned by Peregrine Systems.
Bridges.com Pat co-founded Bridges with Doug Manning in 1994 - well before
the "dotcom mania" took hold of the capital markets. Bridges provides students
with career skills and resources needed to be successful in today's competitive marketplace.
Today Bridges.com trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Net Convergence Pat founded Net Convergence in response to the need for packaged
solutions that delivered economical, high speed bandwidth. Net Convergence merged
with Relational Solutions and then was acquired by Microforum - a publicly traded
company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Broadband Collaborative Video or collaborative communications holds the key
to unlocking further productivity gains for business. In order to deliver a quality
video signal, network Quality of Sercvice (QoS) had to be implemented into the service
within the technology and pricing constraints of Broadband business model. Today,
Broadband delivers economical, high quality, secure video conferencing transmission
and services globally. Broadband recently completed a follow on $2M financing and
trades on the CDNX.
E-Dispatch Developed the corporate and product strategy and completed
their initial rounds of funding plus managed the IPO when the company was called
Instep Communications.
Mike Leshyk
 Mike is an engineer
with over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
Prior to joining IPV Gateways, Mike was VP Carrier Relations for BCS Global.
Previously Mike held the position of Sales Vice President, North American Carrier
Services for AT&T Canada, where he was responsible for wholesale sales to carriers
and switchless resellers in Canada and the United States. In that position Mike grew
the annual revenues of his sales division from $35 million to $127 million in three
years, while still maintaining profit margins, in a market where prices had dropped
in excess of 50 per cent.
Mike has held marketing, sales, international carrier relations and engineering positions
with AT&T Canada, UniTel Communications, CNCP Telecommunications and Bell Canada.
He has also owned and operated several successful small businesses and telecommunications
consulting practices. In the mid 1980's, while at CNCP, Mike worked in a team of
five engineers that built a state-of-the-art, coast-to-coast digital switched-voice
network in Canada. This network has now grown to become the AT&T Canada network.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the
University of Waterloo and is a registered professional engineer. His greatest strength
is his ability to marry economics and technology into a success equation when selling
and interfacing to carriers.
